-Good morning! We spent last week on vacation in the Smoky Mountains and had such a good time. We wanted to go somewhere this summer and were looking for a place we’d never been (*), that we could drive to and that had plenty of activities. Gatlinburg / The Smoky Mountains fit the bill perfectly. We ziplined, hiked a ton, went whitewater rafting, road a mountain coaster, visited the coolest cavern and so much more. We rented a cool VRBO in the mountains and even got to see bears. I think that was the highlight of the trip for me. I think B and the boys would say zipling was the best part.
-We are currently watching The White Lotus and I don’t know if I actually like it, but we are four or five episodes in and I can’t stop watching. What an interesting assortment of guests at that resort.
-I read “Girls of Summer” while on vacation. It was good, but I had also felt like I read it before. But I think it was just similar to another book I had read? I am actually still not sure. One of the main themes in the book was that the main character was dating a man 10 years younger than her. I had no idea anyone would think this was such a scandal! What are you reading right now?

That sounds like a super fun vacation! I’m currently reading a non-fiction book called I Am Here by Ashley LeMieux. I read her first non-fiction book earlier this year and this is her second. Her first book was really great.
