~We had such a fun weekend here! Β It was so hot out so we spent some time bumming at our neighbors pool (they are seriously the nicest people) and swimming in the little blow up pool in the driveway. Β No matter what the size of the pool, they still love it. Β B had another race this weekend (a 5 mile obstacle course run) and has one planned for next weekend (the Tough Mudder) and two more the following week! Β I need to figure out how many he has left to go. Β And of course, we went to Target. Β What weekend is complete without a trip (or two) to Target??
~I mentioned it yesterday, but B and I started the Advocare 24-Day Challenge yesterday. Β If you are starting today or just want to follow us, go here. I know it can get confusing, so I tried to include as much detail as possible. So far it’s going well. Β Then again it’s only Day 2. Β I late nights are going to be the hardest. Β No one else is awake and I just want to have a snack! Β I should just go to bed earlier, but that’s not going to happen.
~Today is my birthday!!! Β I love birthdays and getting older doesn’t really bother me too much. Β I am still trying to figure out what we can do to celebrate (clearly it’s not going to be with a fancy meal somewhere), so if you have any ideas, let’s hear them!
~I have a bunch of blog reviews coming this week, including Diaper Dabbler, Hello Fresh, The Fantasy Box, Goodies Co., Foldigo, Carefree Crafts, Ellie, Julep (fingers crossed this comes this week) and probably a few others I am forgetting? Maybe GLOSSYBOX will show up too? What boxes are you expecting this week?
~So B went out on Saturday night and I am usually a light sleeper (not to mention the fact that I stay up late), but I was so tired that I didn’t even hear him come in. Β I woke up in the morning and checked my phone to see what time it was and learned that it was like 6:30am. Β I’ll tell you what,I was almost scared to look over and see if he was there or not. I ALWAYS hear him. Β But luckily (for him), he was there and I happily went back to bed ;).

Happy birthday! It’s always hard to find something to do on your birthday that doesn’t involve indulging in some yummy goodies. Do you guys have a free zoo up there or an aquarium? If it isn’t sweltering or raining, that could be family fun. Or just sneak off and treat yourself to a pedicure π

I’m excited to get Julep, I ordered the entire collection and I’m totally loving the “Lucky Maven Bonus!” I’m seriously crossing my fingers that I’m that lucky maven, lol!
