My fav fall Sunday activity is what I’m doing right now. LOL Sitting in my chair with my blanket on the laptop watching Football. (the game was looking so much better a few minutes ago ;)) and listening to the boys playing outside. M is sleeping on the couch which I’m sure he would say is his favorite activity but I’ll give it to him since he worked almost 14 hours yesterday for FarmAid. He is worn out.
ok the game turned a little better in my favor. M was a little torn since the Lions are his team but its hard when they play the Panthers. He decided to wear his Lions shirt and then cheer for just a good game. 😉 of course then he went and napped through most of it so he has no idea what the game was like. LOL

It sounds hoakey, but I love putting up food from the farmers market or community garden this time of year when it’s so plentiful. Applesauce, tomatoes, pickles, green beans. It all looks so pretty on the shelf, and my family will get good quality produce all winter.

Getting caramel apple cider (if you add hot water to it, it’s just right and not nearly so sweet) or a hot pumpkin spice latte from Starbucks! It’s sad because fall seems to last about three weeks here before winter comes roaring in (and trekking around to classes becomes a sad, hard endeavor), but in the mean time I love walking to town and getting hot drinks and treats from the local bakery (or three)!

Is there some secret to finding geocaches easier? We are SO BAD! Do you use your phone or a different GPS?
We’ve done it off and on for 4 or 5 years now, so we’ve learned certain places that people are more likely to put them. (Like in holes in trees, the tops of fence posts, the bases of lamp posts, etc.) When we first started, we had a standalone GPS but now J and I both have the app on our phones. If we get particularly stumped, we’ll read all the comments on the cache to pick up hints. There have only been a few we’ve given up on – but we compete to see who will pay for the post-geocaching dinner so that makes us extra motivated!
That is a good idea. I should download the app myself. My husband insists on being in charge of the GPS!

Well, in Texas we don’t have much of a fall but when we do, I enjoy cooking cool-weather foods and hanging with my family.

I Hope you are Having a Great Day Today! I Love the Fall it’s My Favorite Time of Year, but Winter Time is a Close Second! I Have Never Been a Big Fan of Summer Time, Mainly b/c I Don’t Like the Hot Weather! I Love Sunday, it’s Definitely a Day to Relax and Unwind before the Hectic Weekday Begins! My Dad Usually Cooks on Sundays and I Love When it Gets Cooler b/c He Makes an Amazing Vegetable Soup & Corn Bread! I Used to Walk My Dog a lot during Cooler Weather but after I Got in a Motorcycle Accident I Couldn’t do that as Much! My Favorite things to do on Sundays is to Read, I Love a Good Book and a Cup of Hot Tea on a Cold Lazy Sunday! I also Read my Bible and Talk to God on Sundays, after All Sunday is His Day! I Also Love Spending Time With My Family & Visiting My Grandmother on Sundays! Me, My Mom, My Grandmother, and My Aunts all Sit Around My Grandmother’s Kitchen Table Talking & Catching Up Over a Cup of Coffee & Dessert! I used to love going for walks enjoying the different colors of the leaves and hearing the crunching sound they made as I walked. Since moving I no longer get the leaves changing color so I just do my all time favorite activity of crafting. Or just going to starbucks with my husband to relax enjoying iced tea!

Tough call. After church, I love a Sunday afternoon nap – only day of the week I do this, but I love it. Really enjoy watching football, too.. Especially if I can find a Buffalo Bills game. But this fall I lose out on both. I love performing in community theater and starting this week I have rehearsals for Fiddler on the Roof every Sunday until the show in mid November.

Taking a walk around the lake near me–the fall colors are gorgeous and I love the sound of the crunchy leaves on the path.
Walking through our neighborhood with my son and my honey. We have lots of trees and beautiful parks, and its nice to take a walk in the crisp fall weather, watching the leaves change and enjoying the last bits of sunshine, before coming back home to bundle up with blankets and cocoa or cider on the couch.
Dressing for it, Apple picking, hay rides, the weather, the food, football, everything!!:)

Well it used to be taking a stroll and enjoying the beautiful leaves with some starbucks in hand. But this is my first fall in Texas where there isn’t a real fall….so I guess enjoying my iced pumpkin spice latte instead? haha 🙂
Curling up in a blanket cocoon on the couch with a warm drink and a movie marathon. Even better if the weather is gloomy.

I love just spending time with my husband, as it is the only day ALL week we are off together!
Football, of course!!! If we aren’t at the game, we are watching the games!

Cooking lunch after church for a house full of guys while they watch football, talking a late afternoon nap, and then having ice cream for dinner. that’s a typical Sunday at my house, and I love it!
Baking! Anything with pumpkin or apples. I have a recipe for Pumpkin Spice muffins I want to make!
Apple picking!
I love baking and/or cooking a big Sunday dinner (turkey with all the trimmings, roast, etc) when it’s cooler outside I want a hearty meal!
Baking or apple picking, and burning fall candles and leaving my doors wide open with the beautiful weather!
Staying in my coziest clothes all day while baking, playing legos with my daughters, catching up on laundry…..just house stuff.
Reading a great book, and if its cold having a fire, well who am I kidding in Texas that only happens like twice a year 🙂
