~Not too much happening around here this weekend. B had (well has) National Guard so he’s been gone most of the weekend. L spent the night at his Nana and Papa’s house and went sledding today which he loved! It’s been SO cold here that no one has really been able to enjoy this little bit of snow we have until today.

Sledding!

~Are you planning on watching the Golden Globes tonight? I am and I can’t wait! I loved when Amy Poehler and Tina Fey hosted last year and I am sure this year is going to be just as good. The Globes are probably my favorites of all the award shows. They are so laid back and fun. The fact that everyone is drinking during the ceremony certainly does help with that!

~I have been eyeing these poufs at Target for months now, but refused to pay the full price of $49.99. I saw them get marked down to 30% off, then 50% off and then last night it finally happened, I found them for 70% off (or $14.98)! Yes! I picked up two for the playroom and one for WB’s room.  I really want to find the grey and white one for L’s room, but no luck yet.  They make great footstools and extra seating.  Love!

~A few things I am loving this week…… 1) Pilot Frixion Erasable Pens. I have been skeptical of these, but I am in love.  The colors are great and they seriously do erase.  2) YouTube. I discovered that some of the newer Paw Patrol episodes are on YouTube, so WB and I have been watching them on YouTube through Apple TV.  He’s happy they are on the tv and not just on his iPad and I am happy for some new episodes. 3) Crock Pot Meals. B likes to cook, but every once in a while I will throw a bunch of whatever in the crockpot and “make” dinner for us.  So quick and easy. And 4). Jenna Bush and Hoda! Kathie Lee has been on vacation so Jenna Bush has been filling in.  She’s super cute and I love the younger vibe she brings to the show!

~And finally is Beyonce telling us she’s pregnant with this Instagram picture or is she just playing?

That’s all for now!  See you in the morning!

I rarely use my crock pot but I’m trying to use it once a week. I use the liners and they are fabulous! Makes me wonder why I didn’t use it before.

And now I need to check out those pens.

I keep forgetting to buy liners!!

Love the poofs. I’ve bee drooling over the ones at my store too. I haven’t seen 70% yet and I won’t be able to go until I get back so if by chance there are any next week I’ll be all over that.
I’ve got the Globes on now and doing my nails. LOL Gotta get cruise ready 🙂

They do have the gray/white poufs at the Target on Brown Road in Auburn Hills—just saw them! Not sure if you’d want to head out that way but it’s close to Great Lakes Crossing, too. 🙂

Ohh, they do? They aren’t showing any in stock there when I checked, but I would love it if they did. That’s not too far from me. And I need to get my cousin one too!!

    Love the poufs!

Also I had heard that Bey is preggers again – if so, that is a damn cute way to announce it, lol.

      Totally cute!

I love those pens but be careful bc if they are exposed to extreme heat, the ink disappears. I filled out a form at one of my doctors appointments and when I went back I had to redo the form bc magically the ink had disappeared!
