~Good morning! For the first time in months, we have a somewhat normal week happening around here! Except that it’s Fourth of July week / weekend anyway. B is home and is exhausted. Hopefully he’ll be back on track sleep wise in a few days.
~I think it’s going to be another good subscription box week around here. I am expecting A Little Bundle, Mommy Mailbox, Kloverbox, Little Thinker Box, Julep, Prospurly and my FabFitFun box should be shipping this week because it didn’t ship last week! And we’ll get all the July box themes and more spoilers this week as well which is always fun.
~I was watching Naked and Afraid last night (I love that show) and saw a commercial for the new Naked and Afraid XL. It sounds like it’s going to be like a naked version of Survivor without the challenges and voting. I am totally fascinated by people who want to go on shows like that. I’d tap out after about two hours. Maybe one.
~If you are on summer break, what do you have planned for this week? We haven’t had to pull any sticks from our Summer Fun Bucket yet, but I bet that will happen this week. I know we have the Library and Swimming and we’ll be up-north this weekend, but the rest of the week is up in the air. The boys are itching to go to Chuck E Cheese (like I have been hearing about it everyday for the last month), so maybe we’ll add that in too!
~I haven’t posted my Prize Candle Mystery Box review yet, but I thought I would share what some of my prizes were. The box included some of their traditional Prize Candles with rings in them and also some of their Charm Candles, which you guessed it, contained charms. I like the rings better, but they are both fun. It looks like they also have Bath Bombs with rings in them now too! I have never gotten a valuable ring (I think maybe I got a $50 one once), but I still think they are super fun.
~That’s about it from here! What do you have going on for 4th of July? What boxes are you expecting?
We went strawberry picking last week. I made homemade fruitroll ups. It worked! And jam. And well will be doing ice pops from strawberries today.
We are going to try to make lumpy space princess cheesecakes later this week. Tie dye some things and try to cut tshirts and make hairbands. And lots of swimming.
Oh and the library tomorrow because ny girls are signed up to read to helper dogs.
Hopefully its not too rainy this week. But summer has been fun so far!
4th of july weekend we are going away with friends camping in the motorhome (if you call it camping when a motorhome is involved) Its fun for the kids, not so much me. But as long as everyone is having fun im happy.
What is lumpy space princess cheesecakes?? That sounds fun!
And I love that they do the helper dog thing. Our library does that too. The kids love it!
I *might* be able to handle camping in a motorhome. Maybe.

It looks pretty easy. I bake well with videos only haha. My kids are so excited. I really hope this is a a success.
Motorhome camping is ok. But i still feel dirty. Firstthing i do when i get home is shower. No matter the time.
