~Well, we didn’t end up going to Chicago to check out the Birchbox event, but we had a pretty good weekend anyway. The boys went camping in the backyard (an annual tradition), B spent some time working on his car and we got some errands and other things taken care of.
~The Lilly Pulitzer After Party Sale starts tomorrow at 8am. From what I have heard the site won’t open until 8am and then you will be placed in line and allowed into the sale as spaces open up. And once in, you need to check out as soon as you get what you want in your cart because items can sell out FAST. I am *hoping* to score a popover but I hear they are super hard to get. We’ll see tomorrow!
~I am always curious what people receive in their Birchbox Mystery Sample Packs, so I thought I would share what I received in mine. My latest Mystery Sample Pack (free with your Shop purchase of $35+) included MOMO Shampoo and W3LL People Mascara and my Mystery Sampler Trio (currently free with your $50+ purchase) I received Mally Beauty Eye-Amplifying Shadow Liner (I think it’s a full-size), La Fresh Oil-Free Face Cleanser and Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Serum. Not bad for free! Plus I snagged a Corkcicle Wine Chiller, which again, was free. Nice!
~Have we talked about Teen Mom 2 lately? If not, we need to. What in the world was Nathan on in that last episode? And Leah? I hope this was filmed long ago and she’s on the road to recovery now (I know she went to rehab). I wish they’d show more details about what’s really happening though. I follow some of them on Twitter and so much more has happened!

I went into a store the other day called “Occassionally Yours” in Dayton, OH and they had a Lily Pulitzer section! It made me think of you. ?. I had never even heard of LP until this blog back with the Target collaboration and you’re the only person I “know” that loves her stuff so much!
You get great sample packs. Ive received probably 6 different packs and never got anything other than foil packs of face cream or hair treatments. I was so disappointed every time!
I’m not a camper. But I ever go again, it will be like your boys, with a huge bed, wifi, and room service (aka you).

Clicked onto the Lillian Pulitzer sale just for kicks at 8:34am and was 67000ish in line. I got a kick out of that.
I was waiting for you to mention “Teen Mom 2″…! lol Chelsea, love how she is with Cole in her life. I’m glad that her and Taylor figured out a way for the girls to see each other…and wish Taylor would have listened to her about getting back with Adam. If anyone knows what a mistake that is, it’s Chelsea! … Kail, I really don’t like the fighting with Javi…but to also be fair to Kail I have seen a change in Javi as well.. The constant texting while she was on vacation with her friends and then resorting to calling her names and saying she is a bad mom… I follow both of their instagrams so I know better days are ahead for them..just want to hurry up and get there..I don’t like all the fighting… Leah, wondering if this cousin she has been hanging around with on the shows has been a bad influence on her? Every time it looks like Leah is messed up, that cousin is with her.. Sad to see her going through a second divorce at her age. Corey is not blind and knows those girls need to be away from her for now..so that she can get better.. Janelle, the arrest is coming up on the next show! I have never liked Nathan and what was with his line that Janelle was trash and “she won the lottery” by being with him?! Remind me to never buy a ticket for that lottery…!! lol… I follow her Twitter and he was back in her life for awhile but now appears they have broken up again. My opinion is that even though she appears to be doing well with Kaiser I still don’t think she is ready to get Jace back. … Hopefully she stays on a good path, alone for now… even though I have seen rumors she is talking to Keifer again… 🙁
La Fresh is one of my favorite brands. Every once in awhile La Fresh will be on Zulily and I buy a bunch of them…the nail polish remover is simply the best…I like their other wipes as well.
