~Good morning! I am hoping for a much calmer week around here. Last week was just too much! I think the boys have a half day this week, we are doing a school grounds clean-up one night, B’s headed out of town for the weekend, but that’s it!

~B and I met up with a college friend of mine and her husband for dinner downtown on Saturday night at The Peterboro. If you are ever looking for “contemporary American Chinese food” in the D, I totally recommend it. The Cheeseburger Spring Rolls were amazing. After dinner B and I went to a wine bar near our house that we’d never been to before. Such a fun night, but I totally paid for it on Sunday. I just do not bounce back like I did 15 years ago. LOL!!

~I am sure you have heard by now, but Target is NOT releasing the ladies tall Hunter x Target boots ;(.  They did a big restock at Target.com on bags, totes, etc. on Friday though.  They swore they weren’t going to get any more stock in and then all of a sudden it was like they found a warehouse full of it.  Odd, but great if you scored something you thought you couldn’t get!  If you still want Hunter Boots, I recommend checking out Sams Club (in-store), RueLaLa, 6pm and  Nordstrom Rack for discounted options. You’ll get “real” Hunter Boots and won’t pay retail.  Just as an example, 6pm has Navy Glossy Tall Boots (size 5 only) for $66 (reg. $165).  Just be patient and keep checking!!
