~Good morning! It’s back to normal around here this week! Last week was Spring break, the week before that was “pre-Spring break” and the week before that was conferences, so the boys haven’t had a full week of school in ages.

~I briefly mentioned it, but we spent a few days last week in Niagara Falls. It’s about three and a half hours from us, but this was the first time L and W had been. B and I went once together (before boys were born) and I had gone lots of time when I was younger. It was freezing, but fun! We stayed on the Canadian side at one of the hotels attached to the Fallsview Water Park, which worked out fantastic! The views of the Falls were great and there was a TON of stuff to do inside.

~I’m still using up my 5 weeks unlimted at Pure Barre, but I have been missing my cardio.  I ran on the treadmill yesterday (and once in Niagara Falls) and it’s so much more difficult than it was before.  So I need to work on getting a better mix of cardo (spinning / running) and barre.  I’m thinking Pure Barre 2-3x/week and then cardio the other days?

~In case you missed it, I started a new instagram – itsjenniferv to keep my kid/family stuff separate from my Target finds / outfits, etc.  So if you are wondering where my stories have gone – it’s there!

    Have you tried the PB Empower class? It doesn’t really compare to running on a treadmill, but it is a little more cardio than just regular Pure Barre.

      We don’t have them at the studio yet. I think because they just opened they are waiting for everyone to get the hang of regular barre and then will add them in??
