My POPSUGAR Must Have The Cozy Home Box shipped via FedEx Ground. There was a delay is getting some of these boxes out of the warehouse so POPSUGAR upgraded the shipping from SmartPost to Ground so that they’d arrive in time for the holidays. I, however, received two Fashion & Beauty Mystery Boxes instead of one Fashion & Beauty and one Cozy Home. I reached out to the POPSUGAR‘s customer service and they quickly shipped me the Cozy Home box (it didn’t make it in time for Christmas, but I didn’t mind since it wasn’t a gift) and also sent me a separate box with two bonus items (the Derek Lam 10 Crosby Fragrance Collection Gift Set & a pair of illesteva Leonard Sunglasses) from the CFDA Limited Edition Box. I wasn’t expecting that at all!

Oh man- I’m so jealous. I had all kinds of mystery box drama (later than promised, damaged items) and would have loved the Derek Lam and sunnies.
ohhh no! What happened?? I am guessing you didn’t end up with the magical “Andy” in customer service?
My first box arrived soaked in the bath oil. It was pretty gross. They said they’d ship me a new box and that I’d have it by 12/24, but I didn’t get it. I even emailed to ask about the sunnies and perfume because I had been planning to use the items for stocking stuffers, but they said no.
